About The Position
Clinical Associates is hiring full-time Internal Medicine/Family Practice Physicians to provide primary care in a fast-paced practice with a network of support. The organization provides integrated healthcare services and coordinates care through primary care providers and in-house specialists. Offices are located in Towson, Pikesville, and Reisterstown, Maryland. The role offers a congenial work environment and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board certified or board eligible.
- Active state medical license.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with patients and build rapport.
- Proficiency in EHR and computer skills, with willingness to learn new applications.
- Fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with NextGen EHR.
Responsibilities
- Oversee preventive care.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic conditions.
- Prescribe and manage medication.
- Share in an on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with other physicians and specialists to support high-quality patient care.
- Complete chart notes and EHR documentation promptly according to company protocol.
