About The Position

Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), is seeking to employ a Primary Care Physician to join its Concierge Medicine Program in Palm Beach County. This unique opportunity offers physicians the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while providing highly personalized care across both outpatient and inpatient settings. The program is supported by the extensive resources of Baptist Health, including Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Bethesda Hospital East, and Bethesda Hospital West, allowing physicians to deliver seamless care throughout the continuum. The practice focuses exclusively on adult patients and serves an engaged patient population seeking comprehensive preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness optimization, and coordinated specialty care. Physicians will provide continuity of care in both the outpatient and inpatient settings, maintaining oversight of their patients' healthcare journey and enhancing the overall patient experience. This is an opportunity to practice within one of South Florida's most desirable communities, serving patients throughout Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and the surrounding Palm Beach County region.

Requirements

  • MD/DO from an accredited institution
  • Active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date)
  • Satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), or Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
  • A minimum of five years of clinical experience required
  • Residency training in ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med-Peds, or Preventive Medicine programs welcomed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in concierge medicine, executive health, direct primary care, or other relationship-based care models
  • Additional fellowship training or subspecialty interest or experience

Responsibilities

  • Management of preventive and proactive patient care, as well as chronic disease, and coordination of multidisciplinary care while delivering exceptional patient experience.
