About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Physician to join our team in Pearland, TX, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. Candidates must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per month. This role involves providing high-quality medical care to patients in the emergency department, primarily focusing on low acuity, low volume cases to ensure focused and attentive patient care. Shifts are 24 hours in length, with a minimum of 3 shifts per month. The work environment is an emergency department with 7 patient rooms per location. The physician room is equipped with a private bed, computer, and refrigerator for comfort and convenience during shifts. We utilize an Electronic Medical Records system: EPD. We foster a cohesive team environment from front desk staff to physicians, promoting collaboration and support, and have a strong administrative support system in place to streamline workflow and reduce non-clinical burdens. Multiple locations are available within the following zip codes: 77339 - Aether Kingwood ER, 77379 - Aether Spring Cypress ER, 77584 - Aether Silverlake ER (Pearland).

Requirements

• Valid medical license to practice in Texas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in emergency medicine preferred but not required.
