Primary Care Physician (FM or IM)
About The Position
Join a patient-centered primary care practice where physicians have the resources and team support needed to provide the time and attention their patients deserve. This opportunity offers a Monday-Friday schedule with predictable 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. hours, no nights or weekends, and a manageable patient volume of 12–15 patients per day. A comprehensive three-week Physician Learning Journey provides training and support from day one. You will work within a collaborative care model alongside NPs/PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, lab services, and specialist referral support in a modern practice environment with spacious exam rooms and well-designed facilities.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical program
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered primary care.
- Manage a patient volume of 12-15 patients per day.
- Collaborate with NPs/PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, and specialist referral support.
- Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program.
