About The Position

Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is seeking an enthusiastic, Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible Urogynecologist (URPS/FPMRS‑trained) to join our established practice in Santa Rosa, California. While a Urologist with URPS/FPMRS fellowship training is strongly preferred, we also welcome applications from URPS‑trained Urogynecologists who are passionate about delivering high‑quality pelvic floor and reconstructive care. Candidates may incorporate general urogynecology along with their URPS/FPMRS subspecialty interests. This position offers flexibility for 0.8-1.0 FTE (1.0 FTE/35 hours per week) and focuses on FPMRS with the ability to incorporate general urogynecology. The opportunity to assume an established physician’s practice includes a current focus on robotic sacrocolpopexy, mid‑urethral slings, InterStim therapy, and bladder Botox procedures. There is strong referral demand, a modern clinic located adjacent to the hospital and ASC, a regional hospital without trauma, and a Da Vinci robot available. The role utilizes an integrated EPIC EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings within a collaborative environment with strong support staff and a robust primary care network. Flexible scheduling is available to support work-life balance.
