About The Position

Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is seeking an enthusiastic, Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible Urogynecologist (URPS/FPMRS‑trained) to join our established practice in Santa Rosa, California. While a Urologist with URPS/FPMRS fellowship training is strongly preferred, we also welcome applications from URPS‑trained Urogynecologists who are passionate about delivering high‑quality pelvic floor and reconstructive care. Candidates may incorporate general urogynecology along with their URPS/FPMRS subspecialty interests. The position offers flexibility for 0.8-1.0 FTE (1.0 FTE/35 hours per week) with a focus on FPMRS and the ability to incorporate general urogynecology. There is an opportunity to assume an established physician’s practice, with a current focus on robotic sacrocolpopexy, mid‑urethral slings, InterStim therapy, and bladder Botox procedures. The role benefits from strong referral demand, a modern clinic located adjacent to the hospital and ASC, a regional hospital without trauma, and a Da Vinci robot available. An integrated EPIC EMR is used across inpatient and outpatient settings. The environment is collaborative with strong support staff and a robust primary care network.
