Under supervision of the Center Manager, Medical Director and Quality Assurance Supervisor in compliance with the Olgam Life Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and State/Federal regulations, Employee must ensure donor suitability and health and product integrity. This role involves providing quality customer service, maintaining certifications, and performing medical history and physical examinations on donors. The position requires proficiency in Olgam Life systems, adherence to regulations, and accurate documentation. The employee will also administer immunizations, manage donation reactions, and counsel unsuitable donors.
