Pelican Plasma is seeking a skilled nurse or paramedic to serve as a physician substitute for their new plasma donation center in Shreveport. The physician substitute will provide excellent customer customer service, follow established safety and quality guidelines, and perform medical evaluations of prospective donors to determine suitability for plasma donation. They will also provide limited medical care within their scope of practice, consistent with licensure and training, and in accordance with standing delegation orders.
