About The Position
Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist to join their growing, physician-led multispecialty medical group in San Francisco, California. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-spectrum, outpatient Rheumatology in a highly collaborative environment with access to an expansive multispecialty physician network. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to help develop and grow the Rheumatology program while building a practice that supports clinical autonomy, high-quality patient care, and strong collaboration across specialties.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
- Eligible for medical licensure in California
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Interest in program development and collaborative multidisciplinary practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage a broad range of rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions in an outpatient setting, including inflammatory arthritis, connective tissue disease, vasculitis, osteoporosis, and other complex rheumatologic conditions.
- Partner closely with primary care physicians, specialists, advanced practice clinicians, and care teams across the Sutter network to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Help develop and grow the Rheumatology program.
- Build a practice that supports clinical autonomy, high-quality patient care, and strong collaboration across specialties.
