About The Position

Under the direction of the Director of Strategy, the Physician Recruiter is a key member of the Trinity Health Georgia recruitment team and supports creative recruitment and sourcing strategies for physicians and mid-level providers. The role partners with physician and provider recruitment teams across the System Office and ministry recruitment teams to create and maintain a strong, continuous, and diverse candidate pipeline. These strategies support current and future provider recruitment growth and development plans in accordance with local and System Office needs and goals.

The recruiter uses multiple strategies and resources to attract, source, screen, select, and deliver highly qualified, diverse physician and mid-level provider candidates to Trinity Health Ministries. The role helps ensure candidate placement and timely filling of provider opportunities across Trinity Health, and represents Trinity Health and its ministries with knowledge of their strategic planning, culture, and colleague value proposition. Services are delivered in collaboration with Provider Recruitment leadership, Graduate Medical Education (GME), and the Regional Health Ministries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or comprehensive knowledge of business or healthcare administration normally obtained through such a degree.
• Three to five years of progressively more responsible healthcare recruiting experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification; encouraged but not required.
• Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR) certification; encouraged but not required.
• Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration or Management.
• Physician and provider recruitment experience.
• Full life-cycle provider recruitment experience.
• Experience in medical staffing or credentialing, Graduate Medical Education, or Advanced Practice Provider recruitment where providers are the primary focus.

Responsibilities
