About The Position

The Mosaic Life Care Department of Behavioral Health is seeking a board certified/board eligible Psychiatrist to join a thriving, forward-thinking behavioral health team at our rapidly expanding clinic in St. Joseph, MO. This role is part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary service line supported by a robust network of specialists, including child and adolescent psychiatry, women’s health, generalist care, embedded primary care clinicians, and dedicated social workers. The clinic is preparing to relocate into a new facility that will introduce advanced treatment options such as TMS, Spravato, and specialized group therapy. The position also involves working with a well-established 15-year ECT program with seamless PACU and anesthesia collaboration. The practice is deeply rooted in the region and actively involved in the Missouri Hospital Association Psychiatric Board and CIT council, offering an environment for clinical innovation, comprehensive team support, and strong community impact. The current team includes five psychiatrists, two tele-psychiatrists, three mental health nurse practitioners, and two LCSWs.
