About The Position
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group seeks a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their integrated behavioral health program. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with primary care physicians in co-treating patients, collaborate with a dedicated team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists, and contribute to innovation, education, and collaboration within the program. The position also provides the chance to grow new programs, develop special interests, and partner with other specialties to educate them about behavioral health. The practice is located in a beautiful community with convenient access to San Francisco and other greater Bay Area cities. This is a hybrid position requiring phone call duties.
Requirements
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
- Completion of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship
Responsibilities
- Co-treat patients with primary care doctors within an integrated behavioral health program.
- Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists.
- Partner with and educate other specialties about behavioral health.
- Grow new programs and develop special interests.
- Participate in required phone call duties.
