About The Position

Witham Health Services is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist for a full-time, hospital-employed position focused on adult outpatient psychiatry in Lebanon, Indiana. The role offers a flexible schedule of four or four and a half workdays, Monday through Friday, with telehealth capabilities and no call responsibilities. The physician will see an average of 12 to 18 patients per day and may help grow adult behavioral health services within Witham. The practice has an integrated behavioral health collaboration with Integrative Wellness, established child and adolescent psychiatry support, and a teaching opportunity with Marian University. The position involves no inpatient rounding or weekend responsibilities. The EMR is Meditech Expanse.

Requirements

• MD or DO.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Indiana medical license.
• Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care.
• Interest in building long-term relationships with adult patients and the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients.
• See an average of 12 to 18 patients per day.
• Help grow adult behavioral health services within Witham.
• Collaborate with Integrative Wellness and behavioral health services as part of an integrated care model.
• Build long-term relationships with adult patients and the community.
• Provide care through in-person and telehealth capabilities.
• Participate in a teaching opportunity with Marian University, if desired.
