About The Position

Witham Health Services is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join its growing practice in Lebanon, Indiana. This is a full-time, hospital-employed outpatient position in a collaborative, community-focused health system. The physician will provide comprehensive internal medicine care and build long-term relationships with patients as part of an established, physician-supported team.

The practice has three physicians and averages 14 to 18 patients per day. The schedule is four or four and a half days per week, Monday through Friday, with a shared call schedule averaging 1:4. An ambulatory pharmacist embedded in the clinic supports medication management and collaborative care. A teaching opportunity with Marian University is available. The practice uses Meditech Expanse.

Requirements

• MD or DO.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Indiana medical license.
