About The Position

The Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) is seeking board-certified or board-eligible physicians in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join the primary care department at our Lakewood Medical Office in Colorado. CPMG offers the flexibility to customize your experience by combining virtual work with in-person practice, adding variety to your role. Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have established a qualified medical or religious exemption by September 17, 2021.
• Must provide valid proof of vaccination or a qualifying exemption prior to starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Collaborate with board-certified colleagues in a comprehensive array of specialties.
• Utilize an Epic-based electronic medical records system.
• Focus on caring for patients without the pressures of fee-for-service medicine.
