Physician - Pediatrics, Outpatient Only (Martinsburg, WV)
About The Position
West Virginia University School of Medicine Eastern Division, Department of Pediatrics seeks an Outpatient Pediatric Physician (ranks available: Assistant, Associate or Full Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgan County, WV. The role involves practicing in the areas of Pediatrics and actively teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. The clinic is located at 2055 Valley Road, Berkeley Springs, WV. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with after-hours phone call only. The EMR system used is EPIC. The clinic currently has 1 Family Medicine Physician and 1 Family Medicine APP. The expected patient volume is 16-18 per day, with a patient age range from birth to 24 years.
Requirements
- Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
- State medical license and DEA registration is required by start date.
- Successful candidate must have completed Pediatric residency program.
- Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in Pediatrics.
- All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
Responsibilities
