Requirements
- Board certified/eligible at time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
Responsibilities
- Provide care for children and adolescents.
- Work within a comprehensive network of care designed specifically for children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams dedicated to the unique needs of every child and family.
