About The Position

Vituity is seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Pediatric Anesthesiology physician to join their team at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. This is an opportunity to join a 100% physician-owned partnership that offers autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. The role involves providing anesthesia services for various specialties including cardiac, pediatric, and general anesthesia at a Level II Trauma Center. The position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $150K for qualified candidates and features a moderately low call burden with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Pediatric Anesthesiology physician.
• Current IA state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for cardiac, pediatric, and general cases.
• Participate in first and second call every two weeks, with a day off following call.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Contribute to a culture of shared purpose and team accomplishments.
