About The Position
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) Pain Medicine Physician with fellowship training in Pain Medicine to join their team in Crystal Lake, IL. This role involves outpatient clinic and procedures at an onsite facility. Requirements

- Fellowship Trained in Pain Medicine
- Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation trained
