About The Position
Northwestern Medicine is actively seeking a BC/BE fellowship trained Cornea, Glaucoma, Comprehensive, or Anterior Segment Surgery Specialist to join our growing team in Naperville, IL, Geneva, IL, and Winfield, IL located in Chicago’s western suburbs. This is an employed full-time position with Northwestern Medicine, part of a successful and expanding multi-specialty physician group that promotes a collegial work environment, physician success, and compassionate care within a physician-driven team. The practice utilizes the EPIC electronic health record system wide and includes hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital and Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital.
Requirements
- BC/BE fellowship trained in Cornea, Glaucoma, Comprehensive, or Anterior Segment Surgery.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC).
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmology care, specializing in Cornea, Glaucoma, Comprehensive, or Anterior Segment Surgery.
- Collaborate with a team of Vitreo-retinal Surgeons, Cataract Surgeon/Glaucoma Specialists, Oculoplastics Ophthalmologist, General Ophthalmologists, and Optometrists.
- Utilize EPIC electronic health record system.
- Practice medicine within a physician-driven team that promotes a collegial work environment and compassionate care.
