About The Position

Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods (SMGR) is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to help launch and lead a new OB/GYN department in Petaluma, California. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of women's health services in the community while collaborating with a highly respected medical group. The role involves a full scope general obstetrics & gynecology practice with a teaching opportunity. The physician will join a group call shared between 12 physicians and work in a spacious new multispecialty office in Petaluma. Hospital and Surgery Center services are located in Santa Rosa, approximately a 20-minute drive away. The position benefits from a built-in referral network from a strong primary care network within the group and patients with Sutter insurance plans. An integrated EMR (EPIC) is used in both the office and hospital, and strong office support staff are available.

Requirements

• Board eligible/certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
