About The Position

Women First OBGYN Center - Royal Oak is seeking a dedicated full-time associate OB/GYN Physician to join their well-established and respected 13-physician all-female group practice. The practice has a reputation for compassionate, personalized women’s healthcare and is experiencing exciting growth and expansion. The physician will provide care in Royal Oak, MI, and at a satellite location in Birmingham, MI. The role offers a balanced schedule with a 4-day workweek, rotational call (1:9), and guaranteed post-call days off. Comprehensive clinical services are available, including NSTs, ultrasounds, hysteroscopies, colposcopies, and LEEP. A structured mentorship program is in place to support ongoing professional growth.

Requirements

Full-time OB/GYN Physician.
Board-certified or Board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan.
Ability to work a 4-day workweek.
Willingness to participate in rotational call.
Experience with or willingness to train in advanced procedures like hysteroscopies, colposcopies, and LEEP.
Experience with or willingness to train in surgical robotics.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an all-female group practice.
Experience with Level III NICU, onsite mammography, and Maternal Fetal Medicine consultations.
Interest in pursuing partnership.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, personalized women’s healthcare.
Perform advanced procedures including NSTs, ultrasounds (sonohysterograms), hysteroscopies, colposcopies, and LEEP.
Collaborate with a team of physicians, physical therapists, CNMs, PAs, and NPs.
Participate in rotational call (1:9).
Utilize surgical robotics with opportunities for training.
Provide care at both the Royal Oak and Birmingham locations.
