About The Position
Gould Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician in Stockton, California. The position offers a starting base salary of $444,924 with a two-year salary guarantee. Compensation transitions to an RVU-based model starting in year two, with potential for RVU bonuses during the guarantee period. A sign-on bonus, loan or mortgage assistance of up to $200,000, and a residency stipend are available. The physician will see an average of 30 patients per day in clinic, with APC support to assist with surgeries. Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery or robotics training is required. The group is stable and growing, and uses Epic as its EHR. Gould Medical Group is a growing, multispecialty group of more than 600 clinicians, located about two hours east of San Francisco. The surrounding communities offer access to the Bay Area and destinations including Napa Valley, Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, and Monterey, along with outdoor activities, entertainment, and school options.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN.
- Training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery or robotics.
Responsibilities
