About The Position

Gould Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join its growing group in Stockton, California. The position offers a starting base salary of $444,924 with a two-year salary guarantee, a sign-on bonus, and loan or mortgage assistance of up to $200,000. A residency stipend is available. Compensation transitions to an RVU-based model in year two, with potential for RVU bonuses during the guarantee period.

The physician will see an average of 30 patients per day in clinic, with advanced practice clinician support to assist with surgeries. Minimally invasive gynecologic surgery or robotics training is required. The group uses Epic and is described as stable and growing.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN.
