About The Position

The University of Maryland Shore Regional Health, a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), is seeking a Board-Certified/Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join an established and thriving practice in Easton, Maryland. This full-scope OBGYN practice offers a mix of obstetrics, gynecology, and GYN surgery, with blocked OR time and access to state-of-the-art surgical suites. The team is collaborative, consisting of experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives, sonographers, MAs, and RNs. Physicians can expect an average of 18–22 patients per day, with strong support to focus on quality care. The role offers autonomy within a highly respected, community-focused hospital system, working in a beautiful and modern clinical setting within a multispecialty medical office.

Requirements

  • Medical degree and completion of medical residency.
  • Board-certified or Board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
  • Current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland or ability to acquire an unrestricted license.
  • Current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification.
  • Appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS affiliated acute care facility (if applicable).
  • Meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
  • Demonstrated appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and organization skills.
