About The Position

The WVUHS Medical Group is seeking an OBGYN Physician to practice in Ranson, WV. The Obstetrics and Gynecology providers of WVU Medicine offer a comprehensive range of women's health services, utilizing the latest innovative advances in obstetric and gynecologic care. This role is part of the WVU Health System, the state's largest health system and largest private employer, comprising 18 hospitals and five institutes, with a network of 25 hospitals and over 35,000 employees. The Eastern Panhandle location offers a rural atmosphere, lower cost of living, and easy accessibility to Washington D.C. and Baltimore, MD.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
• Eligible to obtain state medical license.
• Completed an OBGYN residency program.
• Completed an Obstetrics and Gynecology fellowship program.
• Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics/Gynecology.
• All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Practice in the area of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Provide a full spectrum of women’s health services, from adolescence through menopause and beyond.
• Offer preventive exams, specialized gynecologic treatments, and obstetric services.
