About The Position

Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible fellowship trained Bariatrician who is motivated to make a difference in Central Indiana, at Community Hospital South. Ideal candidates will have a passion for managing a busy medical weight loss program and a willingness to provide support throughout the entire process. This provider will join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. Requirements

• Board certified/board eligible fellowship trained Bariatrician
• BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Fellowship training in bariatric medicine/obesity medicine
• Certification from ABOM
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
• Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
