Physician - OB/GYN (Elk Ridge) - Flagstaff - OB/GYN
About The Position
We are seeking a Physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) to join our thriving practice. This role involves providing full-scope OB/GYN care, including deliveries, GYN surgeries (including robotic), menopausal hormonal therapies, and transgender therapies. Deliveries occur at a Level II Trauma Center, with a C-section rate under 20%. Our practice is unique in the region for offering TOLAC. We are supported by a dedicated team including RNs, CMAs, on-site sonographers experienced in high-risk OB scans, and an on-site English/Spanish medical interpreter. We also benefit from MFM on staff for consultations and telehealth support, state-of-the-art ultrasound on site, AI scribes, Epic Superuser support, and Dragon Speak dictation devices.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Completed OBGYN residency.
- Board eligible or board certified.
- Unrestricted Arizona License and DEA (or ability to obtain).
- Approval to hospital medical staff for OB deliveries and GYN Surgeries.
- Preference for or experience in an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope OB/GYN care.
- Perform an average of 80 deliveries per month.
- Conduct GYN surgeries, including robotic surgeries.
- Offer menopausal hormonal and transgender therapies.
- Provide TOLAC (Trial of Labor After Cesarean).
- Utilize telehealth for MFM consultations and high-risk patient support.
- Collaborate with a support team including RNs, CMAs, and on-site sonographers.
- Work within a patient-centered medical home model and participate in outreach services.
