Requirements
- Earned an MD or DO degree.
- Completed an OBGYN residency.
- Board eligible or board certified.
- Unrestricted Arizona License and DEA.
- Approval to hospital medical staff for OB deliveries and GYN Surgeries.
- Preference for or experience in an FQHC, CHC patient population.
- Possess a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card (or receipt) within 30 days of hire.
- Undergo drug testing prior to employment and be subject to post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty and follow up drug and alcohol testing.
- Comply with Federal and State regulations for alcohol and controlled substance testing.
