Physician: OB/GYN Hospitalist - Palos Heights, IL
About The Position
Northwestern Medicine is actively seeking a full-time OB/GYN hospitalist physician to join our growing team in Palos Heights, IL, in the southern suburbs of Chicago. This role involves providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care, including triage, consultations, patient management, and support for obstetric deliveries and surgical procedures. The physician will manage acute and emergency cases, such as fetal monitoring, emergency gynecologic surgery, and ED coverage for OB/GYN patients. Deliveries are performed at Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital, a community-based hospital with strong specialty support. The position is within a respected, multi-specialty physician group known for its collegial culture, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care, utilizing a fully integrated Epic electronic health record system.
