About The Position

Overlake Clinics is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician for a full-time, 1.0 FTE float position supporting two OB/GYN practices in Bellevue, Washington. The physician will provide comprehensive, full-spectrum care. The role is based within a physician-led organization that combines the autonomy and flexibility of private practice with the support and stability of employment.

Overlake's State-of-the-Art Childbirth Center is a Level 3 traditional labor and delivery unit with three operating rooms, an OB Emergency Department, 12 private labor, delivery, and recovery suites with bedside newborn admits, and an average of 3,600 deliveries annually. The center also has dedicated antepartum rooms and services, 24/7 in-house anesthesia and OB hospitalists, and wireless monitoring to support patient mobility. Overlake Clinics operates primary care, urgent care, and specialty clinics across Seattle's Eastside, supported by an integrated electronic health record.

The stated annual compensation range is $433,010–$476,311. The posting also displays a pay range of $220,000–$850,000 and notes that offers depend on relevant experience and internal equity. Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a U.S. residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Washington physician license by the time of hire.
• ACLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with EPIC or another electronic medical record (EMR) is highly preferred.
