About The Position

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Neurosurgeon for its East Bay practice in Fremont, California. The physician will collaborate with Neuromuscular Service Line specialties and neurological subspecialists and benefit from a strong internal referral network. The opportunity offers potential for rapid growth within the established East Bay network of care, with further facility expansions planned within two years. The role primarily focuses on complex spine neurosurgery, with some flexibility to tailor responsibilities to the candidate’s interests and expertise.

PAFMG is a physician-led, collegial medical group with more than 1,700 clinicians across 40-plus specialties and practices throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. It is affiliated with the Palo Alto Medical Foundation of Sutter Health, which provides operational and administrative support, including technology, so physicians can focus on patient care.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurological Surgery.
• California medical license.

• Four or more years of experience is highly preferred.
