About The Position

Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Neurologist to join their team, primarily at the Rock Creek Medical Office in Lafayette, with some time at the Skyline Medical Office in downtown Denver. This is a clinic-focused role within a well-supported, collaborative environment, offering minimal after-hours coverage. The position allows physicians to focus on patient care within the Kaiser Permanente value-based care model, which aims to reduce administrative burdens and improve patient outcomes. The role involves providing outpatient neurology care, which can be general or subspecialized in areas like headache, stroke, multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular, or neurobehavioral. Required procedures include EMG/NCS, and experience with paralytic injection procedures is strongly preferred. The clinic is well-staffed to support efficient, patient-centered care, and there is no requirement for stroke call or EEG readings.

Requirements

MD/DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency.
Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
Eligible for and able to obtain Colorado medical licensure prior to start.
Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Subspecialty-trained neurologists may develop a focused practice aligned with department needs (e.g., multiple sclerosis, movement disorders, neuromuscular, headache, epilepsy).

Responsibilities
