Responsible for administering the Contractor’s Medical and Dental Plan.
Requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to professionally and tactfully convey information to individuals regarding sensitive and confidential issues.
Proven ability to organize, prioritize and follow-through to completion on multiple tasks, under strict deadlines and changing priorities.
Must possess excellent administrative, organizational, and computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have good oral and written communication skills which enable to effectively liaise with clients, other departments within the organization, subcontractors and clients, and report directly to the Senior Management.
Must have a valid and be able to obtain Non-Pro or Professional driver’s license with restriction code at least 2.
Must have current and valid, PRC license as a Physician.
Must have successfully completed Adult First Aid/CPR/AED Training from American Red Cross is highly desired or equivalent provider.
Bachelor’s Degree in any “Pre-Med” courses (B.S. in Biology, Nursing, Psychology, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Public Health and Physical Therapy) or other related Biological and Allied sciences, based on a four-year course of study from accredited college or university or equivalent institution.
Must be a graduate of Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from accredited college or university or equivalent institution.
At least two (2) years of experience after completion of residency in the area of general medicine or family practice.
No confirmed record of malpractice or professional disciplinary action from a recognized professional society.

TCN Health Care Providers (HCPs) will be required to participate in annual Continued Medical Education (CME) training commensurate with their profession (i.e. physicians and nurses).
