About The Position

This position is for a Physician (MD/DO) to perform VA Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) disability evaluations. It is a flexible, part-time role, requiring work 1 day per week, alternating between Syracuse and Watertown, NY, with minimal travel. The role is evaluation-only, meaning there is no treatment or follow-up required, and no nights, weekends, or on-call duties. There is an opportunity to expand to a full-time schedule by adding General Medical exams. The IMA Group's Government Services Division supports local, state, and federal agencies by providing professional and objective medical and psychological examinations as well as ancillary services.

Requirements

• MD or DO with an active New York license
• Must meet qualifications to perform VA TBI exams
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel to Watertown 2x/month

• Interest in performing General Medical exams (preferred for expanded hours)
