The West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Medical Oncology are seeking a Malignant Hematologist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor) to practice in Morgantown, West Virginia. Depending on operational needs, the candidate may also provide services at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, which would involve travel. The role includes practicing in Hematology/Oncology, providing excellent patient care, and actively teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. The WVU Cancer Institute at the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center is expanding its malignant hematology and transplant/cellular therapy services, offering the opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team focused on leukemias, lymphomas, myeloma, and related disorders. This position allows for involvement in autologous and allogeneic transplant, CAR-T therapy, and clinical trials, with the ability to shape program growth and contribute to academic, clinical, and translational initiatives.
