About The Position

Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join their primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic – Midway. This is an opportunity to join a thriving practice with multiple on-site specialties and a long-tenured, highly experienced support staff. As part of Fairview’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management. The clinic is located in St. Paul, Minnesota, a historic and vibrant community known for its rich cultural heritage, diverse neighborhoods, strong arts scene, and welcoming small‑city feel alongside its role as the state capital.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency training program.
Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

Responsibilities

Provide primary care services as an Internal Medicine Physician.
Participate in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management.
Manage patient encounters, averaging 18-22 patients per day.
Work 34 patient contact hours per week.
Participate in a call rotation of 1:18 for low intensity phone consultations after first-tier nurse triage.
