About The Position

Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Physician to join our primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic – Midway. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with multiple on-site specialties and a long-tenured, highly experienced support staff. Practice Details: 12 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite. Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day. 34 patient contact hours per week. Call Frequency: 1:18 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage. As part of Fairview’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management. Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). Community Information: M Health Fairview Clinic - Midway | M Health Fairview. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency training program.
Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
