About The Position

Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan at its primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Woodwinds in Woodbury, Minnesota. The physician will examine, diagnose, and treat acute injuries, infections, and illnesses; manage chronic conditions; and support preventive health. The position emphasizes collaboration, quality outcomes, and continuity of care. The practice has 20 primary care providers and more than 17 specialists onsite. Physicians see an average of 16–18 patients per day and have 34 patient contact hours per week. OB call frequency is 1:8. The opening is 0.8 to 1.0 FTE, with a flexible schedule. Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support and a fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record are provided.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency training program.
Board certified or board prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
Licensed or able to obtain licensure from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
Able to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria and qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
