About The Position

Vituity is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Critical Care physician for Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles, California. The position is part of Vituity’s physician-owned partnership, which offers clinicians autonomy and local control, equal distribution among practicing physicians, financial transparency, and support from a national healthcare team. Physicians participate in the partnership model from day one, including profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Part-time and per diem compensation is prorated based on clinical hours worked. Total compensation, including partnership income, varies by site and may exceed the stated range.
