About The Position
Vituity is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Critical Care physician for a position at Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles, California. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physician owners. The physician partnership model offers autonomy, local control, financial transparency, equal distribution among practicing physicians, and participation in profit distributions and equity ownership from day one. Physicians are supported by Vituity's corporate healthcare team and a network of 9,000 clinicians. The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Partnership income may vary by site and may significantly increase total compensation. Part-time and per diem compensation is prorated based on clinical hours worked. The role is based in Los Angeles, a city with a diverse population, cultural and entertainment attractions, outdoor recreation, and a Mediterranean climate.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Critical Care.
- A current California state license is a plus.
