Facilitates the physician and advanced practice clinician (APC) pre/post interview, hiring and onboarding processes for a defined market and/or service line. Ensures site compliance with recruitment, interviewing and integration processes. Acts as a liaison between the site and the physician/APC Recruiter during the interview process and educates candidates on Advocate Aurora's services, facilities, processes and the community. Serves as the site level integration expert and provides expertise related to workforce planning, onboarding, succession and retention including acquiring and sharing new hire and terminating clinician survey data.
