About The Position

ProMedica Physicians Group is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join its Hospitalist group at ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital. This is a day-shift position, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., following a 7-on, 7-off schedule for 26 weeks per year. The role focuses on preventive care and patient education while providing care across a wide range of medical specialties. Physicians use current medical knowledge and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide personalized care and manage complex conditions.

The role offers competitive compensation and benefits options, relocation assistance, an annual CME allowance, concierge onboarding, physician marketing services, and use of Epic EMR. The requisition qualifies for a sign-on bonus of up to $45,000.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state or states where care is provided.
• Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certifications applicable to the role, such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
