About The Position

Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians for a Hospitalist opportunity in Springfield, Illinois. This role is part of a physician-owned partnership that emphasizes autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. The physician will focus on patient care within HSHS St. John's Hospital, a 350-bed facility with a 60-bed closed ICU, serving as a STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Center. The practice has an annual volume of 60,000 and offers full sub-specialty backup. No procedures are required, and the intensivist handles all codes. Advanced imaging and lab services are available on-site. Vituity also staffs the Emergency Department, Hospitalist Medicine, and Critical Care at this location, which has received the APEX Patient Experience Award.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physician.
• Current IL state license is a plus.
• Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply.
