About The Position
Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians to join their team in Tulare, CA. Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership led by frontline physicians, offering autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. The ownership model provides financial transparency, profit distribution, and career development opportunities. The practice is at Adventist Health Tulare, a 73-bed facility with a primary stroke center and a closed ICU. The role involves 12-15 encounters per day per hospitalist and 3-6 per night per nocturnist. ER runs codes, and no procedures or vent management are required. Candidates interested in an academic setting with current residents are desired, and visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians.
- Current CA state license is a plus.
- Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospital medicine physician services at Adventist Health Tulare.
- Manage 12-15 encounters per day as a hospitalist or 3-6 encounters per night as a nocturnist.
- Participate in ER code responses.
- Work within a 73-bed facility with a closed ICU and a primary stroke center.
- Collaborate with a national system of support and a team of 9,000 Vituity clinicians.
