About The Position

This is a locum tenens position for a Physician specializing in Gastroenterology. The role requires on-call availability during the week, but no weekend on-call duties. Specific dates for coverage are available in late 2026 and early 2027. Proficiency in ERCP is a key requirement.

Requirements

• Valid Michigan medical license.
• Acceptable Michigan License only through Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), provided the assignment dates are over 60 days away, accompanied by proof of License of Qualification (LOQ) for IMLC.
• Board Certified.
• Proficiency in ERCP.
• DEA Certification.
• NPDB self-query verification required upon presentation.
• Rates must be submitted at the time of name clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Local Provider preferred; flight expenses will not be covered.
• No malpractice history required.

Responsibilities

• Provide gastroenterology services.
• Be available for on-call duties from Monday 7 AM to Friday 7 PM.
• Perform ERCP procedures.
