About The Position

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is hiring a Gastroenterology Physician to practice in the western Chicago suburbs. This is a full-time opportunity, with possible clinic locations in Bolingbrook, Hinsdale, or Woodridge. The physician will be affiliated with UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, Hinsdale, and/or La Grange hospitals and will work within the University of Chicago Medicine system in a community-medicine setting.

The role includes a 1:5–6 call rotation, two to three surgery days per week, and APP support for inpatient and outpatient practice. Experience in advanced endoscopy for ERCP and EUS is preferred. EPIC is the EMR. The annual salary is $500,000–$600,000. Occurrence-based malpractice insurance, including tail coverage, and PTO, CME, and retirement plans are offered.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a U.S. residency program.
• Current Illinois physician medical license in good standing.
• Board certified or board eligible.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in advanced endoscopy for ERCP and EUS.
