About The Position

Deaconess Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Med-Peds Physician (new graduate or experienced) to join our welcoming, community-based clinic in Morganfield, KY. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a small, close-knit rural clinic while being fully supported by the resources, specialists, and stability of a large health system. This position is ideal for a new graduate OR an experienced physician looking for strong support and true work-life balance with a 4-day work week. Position Highlights: 100% outpatient practice, Inpatient care handled by Deaconess Hospitalist Group, Supportive team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs, Home call only with nurse triage support, Epic EMR with AI assistance across Deaconess clinics and hospitals, Optional inpatient or ER work if desired. Requirements

• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Med-Peds

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate closely with physicians and APPs
• Participate in limited shared home call

• $300,000 guaranteed salary (24 months)
