About The Position
Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to practice in Round Valley, Arizona. Requirements
- MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Requires a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card (or fingerprint receipt before hire date, card must be received within 30 days).
- Must undergo drug testing prior to employment and be subject to post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return to duty and follow up drug and alcohol testing.
- Employees in positions holding responsibility for the safety and welfare of others will also be classified as safety sensitive.
