About The Position

Deaconess IL Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (new graduate or experienced) to join our welcoming, community-based clinic in Marion, IL at Professional Park. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a small, close-knit rural clinic while being fully supported by the resources, specialists, and stability of a large health system. This position is ideal for a new graduate OR an experienced physician looking for strong support and true work-life balance with a 4-day work week.

Requirements

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician
• New graduate or experienced physician

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate closely with physicians and APPs
• Participate in limited shared home call
